The invention relates to a multifunctional monitoring system based on a mooring airship. The system comprises a mooring gas boat, a carbon fiber rod, a sensor module, a data processing box, an antenna module and a power supply module; the carbon fiber rod is fixed on the upper surface of the tethered gas boat; the sensor module is fixed on the carbon fiber rod; the data processing box is installed on the mooring gas boat and connected with the sensor module and the antenna module; the power supply module is connected with the tethered airship, the carbon fiber rod, the sensor module and the data processing box through power supply lines; the power supply module is also connected with the tethered airship through a pull rope; and the power supply module is arranged in a monitoring base. According to the invention, an environment monitoring system is built by taking the tethered gas boat as a carrier, so that environment monitoring in any dimension can be realized in any region, and the accuracy of environment monitoring is realized.
