The invention provides a brake pad abrasion monitoring active early warning system. The system comprises a monitoring module, a control module and a display module. The monitoring module comprises a wheel speed sensor and an abrasion monitor, in the braking process of a vehicle, under the action of calipers, a brake pad and a brake disc make contact and rub to generate braking force, and the wheel speed sensor and the abrasion monitor monitor the thickness data of the brake pad and the driving mileage of the whole vehicle in real time and feed back the information to the control module. The control module calculates the abrasion speed of the brake pad of a four-wheel brake under the current driving condition according to the received brake pad thickness data and the mileage signal, and calculates the mileage of the current residual brake pad thickness of the four-wheel brake according to the abrasion speed. The control module further determines to send the early warning information to the display module according to the current brake pad thickness data and the travelable mileage of the current four-wheel brake residual brake pad thickness. And the display module receives the early warning information of the control module and displays the brake pad remaining thickness drivable mileage and/or brake pad abrasion limit early warning prompt information.

    本发明提出一种制动片磨损监控主动预警系统,该系统包含监测模块、控制模块、显示模块;监测模块包括轮速传感器和磨损监测器,车辆制动过程中在卡钳的作用下,制动片与制动盘接触摩擦产生制动力,轮速传感器和磨损监测器实时监测制动片厚度数据和整车行驶里程,将信息反馈给控制模块;控制模块根据收到的制动片厚度数据、行驶里程信号,计算当前驾驶条件下四轮制动器制动片的磨损速度,并且根据磨损速度计算得到当前四轮制动器剩余制动片厚度的可行驶里程,并根据当前的制动片厚度数据及当前四轮制动器剩余制动片厚度的可行驶里程确定发送预警信息给显示模块;显示模块接收控制模块的预警信息,显示制动片剩余厚度可行驶里程和/或制动片磨损极限预警提示信息。
