    本发明适用于建筑工程相关技术领域,提供了一种建筑工程施工用吊装装置,包括由上座与下座组成的机架、设于机架下方的履带;所述上座转动安装于所述下座;所述上座上方可移动安装有移动座;所述移动座两侧设有伸缩支架;所述移动座上通过一转动座转动安装有伸缩吊臂;所述转动座左侧设有缆线的收放组件;所述缆线穿设所述伸缩吊臂;所述伸缩吊臂即可移动又可转动的安装于所述伸缩支架;位于伸缩吊臂的头部位置所述缆线连接一吊钩;所述伸缩吊臂的头部设有吊钩的收纳组件,借此,本发明所产生的有益效果是:可以通过移动座的移动增加吊装设备的稳定性,同时对吊钩进行收纳,增加安全性。
