The invention discloses a working method of a rigid-flexible coupled manned airborne landing combined buffer device. The rigid-flexible coupled manned airborne landing combined buffer device is arranged in the mode that an inner buffer air bag, a multi-air-chamber air bag, an inner spherical shell and an outer spherical shell wrap a passenger compartment layer by layer from inside to outside. In the falling process of the device, the buffer springs installed in the buffer grooves of the inner spherical shell and the outer spherical shell limit relative rotation of the inner spherical shell and the outer spherical shell through compression and stretching of the buffer springs; in the landing process, the outer spherical shell deforms firstly, and primary buffering is achieved; the inner spherical shell deforms later, so that secondary buffering is realized; then the outer-layer air chamber of the multi-air-chamber buffering air bag is compressed, and three-stage buffering is achieved; an inner-layer air chamber of the multi-air-chamber buffering air bag is compressed, so that four-stage buffering is realized; finally, the inner buffering air bag is compressed, and five-stage buffering is achieved; and through the multi-stage buffering method of the manned device, the impact energy is absorbed stage by stage, the internal pressure of the buffering air bag is prevented from being sharply increased, the buffering air bag is prevented from being exploded, and therefore the safety of passengers in the device is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种刚柔耦合的载人空降联合缓冲装置的工作方法,所述装置由内缓冲气囊、多气室气囊、内球壳和外球壳采用由内而外逐层包裹乘员舱的方式进行布置;装置下落过程中,内、外球壳缓冲槽中安装的缓冲弹簧通过自身的压缩和拉伸来限制内、外球壳的相对转动;着陆过程中,外球壳首先变形,实现一级缓冲;内球壳后发生变形,实现二级缓冲;随后多气室缓冲气囊的外层气室被压缩,实现三级缓冲;多气室缓冲气囊的内层气室后被压缩,实现四级缓冲;最后内缓冲气囊被压缩,实现五级缓冲;通过载人装置的多级缓冲方法不但实现了逐级吸收冲击能量,还避免了缓冲气囊的内部压力急剧增加,防止缓冲气囊爆破,从而有效保证装置内乘员的安全性。
