The invention relates to a ship draft and seawater density measuring system which comprises a pressure sensor installed in a ship bottom broadside accessory and used for measuring the seawater pressure at the position, and further comprises a magnetic turning plate liquid level meter, a liquid level transmitter and an information processing module. The magnetic turning plate liquid level meter is installed near a waterline and is connected to a broadside accessory through a seawater pipeline to be communicated with seawater, the liquid level transmitter is installed on the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter and is in signal connection with the information processing module, and the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter transmits a magnetic signal to the liquid level transmitter; and the information processing module calculates the seawater density according to pressure data measured by the pressure sensor and ship draft data measured by the magnetic flap liquid level meter. The ship draft and the seawater density can be accurately measured at the same time, and an accurate data measurement basis is provided for auxiliary decision making and intelligentization of the overall performance of the ship.
