The structure comprises a polyimide layer, a dielectric layer and a metal layer arranged between the polyimide layer and the dielectric layer, the polyimide layer, the dielectric layer and the metal layer located between the polyimide layer and the dielectric layer are designed, the polyimide layer can reduce the metal secondary electron multiplication effect and protect the metal layer, the metal layer has the high-power microwave resisting function, the dielectric layer can effectively isolate thin gas from making contact with the metal layer, and the condition that the flexible layered mask structure cannot be damaged by itself under the action of high-power microwaves can be ensured; an indium tin oxide film is arranged on the surface, far away from the metal layer, of the polyimide layer, so that a boundary for resisting a space environment is provided; during use, the indium tin oxide film faces the external environment, and the dielectric layer faces a protected product, so that the heat insulation assembly can be effectively prevented from being burnt out, and the protected product is prevented from being interfered by strong electromagnetic waves.

    本申请公开了空间强电磁场综合环境防护柔性分层面膜结构及制作方法。包括:聚酰亚胺层、介质层和设置在所述聚酰亚胺层与所述介质层之间的金属层;本申请通过设计聚酰亚胺层、介质层和位于聚酰亚胺层与介质层之间的金属层,聚酰亚胺层可降低金属二次电子倍增效应,保护金属层,金属层具有抗高功率微波功能,介质层可有效隔绝稀薄气体与金属层接触,保证此柔性分层面膜结构不会在高功率微波作用下产生自身毁伤;并且,通过在聚酰亚胺层远离金属层的表面设置氧化铟锡膜,提供抗空间环境的边界;在使用时,将氧化铟锡膜朝向外部环境,介质层朝向被保护产品,可有效防止此隔热组件自身被烧毁,避免被保护产品受到强电磁波干扰。
