The invention discloses a novel low-speed direct-drive brushless hub motor, which comprises a stator assembly and a rotor assembly, wherein the stator assembly comprises a stator iron core, a winding, a support, a bushing, a PCB drive control assembly and an outgoing line; the rotor assembly comprises an iron shell, a permanent magnet, a front cover, a rear cover, an oil bearing and an encoder permanent magnet, the rotor assembly is an outer rotor, and the stator assembly is arranged in the middle of the rotor assembly; the bushing is fixed on a central shaft of the support, the outer ring of the bushing is precisely matched with the oil bearing of the rotor, and the axial position of the rotor is limited by a flange plate of the bushing; the encoder permanent magnet is of a cylindrical structure, the left pole and the right pole of the encoder permanent magnet are magnetized, and the encoder permanent magnet is installed in the center of the front cover and right faces a magnetic encoder chip in the center of the PCB drive control assembly; and the central shaft of the support is provided with a hollow hole, and the hollow hole is a wire outlet hole of the outgoing line of the motor. Through built-in drive control, the motor is small in overall structure, stable in low-speed operation, high in efficiency, large in output torque and wide in adjustable speed range, and compared with a traditional gear motor, the motor further has the characteristics of being low in noise, high in reliability and long in service life.

    一种新型低速直驱无刷轮毂电机,包括定子总成和转子总成;定子总成包括定子铁芯、绕组、支座、衬套、PCB驱动控制组件及引出线;转子总成包括铁壳、永磁体、前盖、后盖、含油轴承和编码器永磁体,转子总成为外转子,定子总成设置于转子总成中部;衬套固定在支座中心轴上,衬套外圈与转子的含油轴承精密配合,利用衬套的法兰盘来限定转子的轴向位置;编码器永磁体为圆柱结构,左右两极充磁,其安装于前盖中心位置,位置正对置于PCB驱动控制组件中心的磁编码器芯片;支座中心轴设置有中空孔,中空孔为电机引出线的出线孔。本申请通过内置驱动控制,电机整体结构小,在低速运行平稳,效率高,输出力矩大,可调速范围广,相较于传统减速电机,其还具有噪音低,可靠性高,使用寿命长的特点。
