The device comprises a distribution header, a fluid inlet, a serpentine pipeline, a battery, a collection header, a porous medium and a fluid outlet. The device can meet the heat dissipation requirement when the battery is discharged, and effectively solves the problem of overlarge temperature rise of the battery.
