The invention relates to the field of ventilation equipment control, and in particular relates to an air tightness control system and method for a double-flow vehicle. The system comprises a before-running air tightness control subsystem and a running process air tightness control subsystem, and the before-running air tightness control subsystem comprises a plurality of air conditioning units; each air conditioning unit comprises a controlled air door unit, and the running process air tightness control subsystem comprises a message receiving module and a control module; the receiving module is used for receiving a position signal sent by a ground beacon and sending the position signal to the control module; and the control module controls the controlled air door units of the multiple air conditioning units to be sequentially closed in the direction from the head to the tail according to the position signal, and controls the controlled air door units of the multiple air conditioning units to be sequentially opened in the direction from the head to the tail when receiving the position signal again. The method comprises the step that the controlled air door units are controlled to be sequentially opened or sequentially closed after arriving at a preset place. According to the invention, the user experience can be improved.
