The invention discloses an urban street-crossing rail car, and belongs to the technical field of street-crossing facilities. The rail car comprises a guide assembly, a lift car, a safety mechanism and a traction mechanism, the guide assembly and the safety mechanism are transversely arranged along a street, the middle of the safety mechanism is located above the guide assembly, an anti-collision damping mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the lift car, the anti-collision damping mechanism is movably arranged on the guide assembly through a supporting mechanism, the anti-collision damping mechanism is connected with the safety mechanism, and the traction mechanism is connected with the supporting mechanism and can drive the supporting mechanism, the lift car and the anti-collision damping mechanism to synchronously do reciprocating rectilinear motion along the guide assembly. The whole machine can be installed and operated without building an elevator hoistway or a bridge, and the construction cost is low. When being impacted by a vehicle, firstly, the impact kinetic energy of the vehicle is resisted and dispersed through an annular steel ring; secondly, vibration reduction and energy dissipation are conducted through springs; and thirdly, the anti-collision damping mechanism and the lift car can be separated from the supporting mechanism to do swing movement, so that impact is gradually relieved.

    本发明公开了一种城市跨街轨道车,属于过街设施技术领域。该轨道车包括导向组件、轿厢、保险机构和牵引机构,所述导向组件和所述保险机构沿街道的横向布置,且保险机构的中部位于导向组件的上方,所述轿厢的外侧设有防撞减振机构,所述防撞减振机构通过支撑机构活动设在导向组件上,所述防撞减振机构与保险机构连接,所述牵引机构与支撑机构连接,并可以驱使支撑机构、轿厢和防撞减振机构沿导向组件同步做往复直线运动。整机安装和运行不用修建电梯井道或桥梁,建设成本低。当受到车辆撞击时,首先通过环形钢圈抵抗和分散车辆的冲击动能;其次通过弹簧进行减振和消能;再次,防撞减振机构和轿厢会与支撑机构脱离做荡秋千运动,以逐渐卸掉冲击。
