The invention relates to a brake structure capable of improving brake treading feeling and a brake pedal with the same, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking. The brake pedal structure comprises a brake pedal support, wherein a rotating space structure is arranged in the brake pedal support; a brake pedal arm, wherein one end of the brake pedal arm is rotatably arranged in the rotating space structure; a damping fin sleeve, which is arranged on the brake pedal support; and a damping piece, which is rotatably arranged in the damping fin sleeve, wherein a damping fin pressing piece is configured to coaxially rotate with the brake pedal arm, and when the damping piece rotates along with the brake pedal arm, the side wall of the damping piece rubs against the inner wall of the damping fin sleeve. A simple mechanical structure is adopted, the brake pedal arm, the damping fin sleeve and the damping piece are matched based on the principle that force hysteresis is generated through friction of the damping fin, the brake pedal feeling is improved through a novel damping mechanism, and therefore the brake pedal feeling caused by brake energy recovery can be helped to be solved.

    本申请涉及一种改善制动踏感的制动结构及具有该结构的制动踏板,涉及车辆制动技术领域,该制动踏板结构包括:制动踏板支架,制动踏板支架内设有一转动空间结构;制动踏板臂,制动踏板臂的一端可转动的设置在转动空间结构内;设置在制动踏板支架上的阻尼片套筒;可转动的设置在阻尼片套筒内的阻尼件,阻尼片压紧件被配置成与制动踏板臂同轴转动;其中,阻尼件被配置成在随制动踏板臂转动时,侧壁与阻尼片套筒的内壁摩擦。本申请采用简单的机械结构,基于阻尼片摩擦产生力滞原理,将制动踏板臂、阻尼片套筒以及阻尼件配合,利用新式的阻尼机构改善制动踏感,从而能够帮助解决由于制动能量回收引起的制动踏板感。
