The invention discloses an emergency stop switch protection method and device for a charging pile and the charging pile. The emergency stop switch comprises an emergency stop button and a protection cover provided with an intelligent lock. The emergency stop switch protection method for the charging pile comprises the steps of obtaining charging detection data of the charging pile; performing fault diagnosis on the charging detection data at the local end, or uploading the charging detection data to a cloud server, so that the cloud server performs fault diagnosis on the charging detection data; and controlling the intelligent lock to be opened or closed according to the fault diagnosis result. According to the invention, the charging detection data of the charging pile is obtained, the local end of the charging pile performs fault diagnosis on the charging detection data or uploads the charging data to the cloud server, the cloud server performs fault diagnosis so as to control the opening or closing of the intelligent lock, the state of the charging pile is monitored in real time so as to realize the locking protection of the emergency stop switch, the frequency of using the emergency stop button by a user is reduced, and the maintenance cost and service life loss of the charging pile are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于充电桩的急停开关保护方法、装置及充电桩。急停开关包括急停按钮和设有智能锁的保护罩,用于充电桩的急停开关保护方法包括:获取充电桩的充电检测数据;在本地端对充电检测数据进行故障诊断,或者,将充电检测数据上传至云服务器,以使云服务器对充电检测数据进行故障诊断;根据故障诊断结果控制智能锁打开或者关闭。本发明通过获取充电桩的充电检测数据,充电桩的本地端对充电检测数据进行故障诊断或是将充电数据上传至云服务器,由云服务器进行故障诊断,进而控制智能锁的打开或关闭,通过对充电桩状态的实时监控实现急停开关的闭锁保护,减少用户使用急停按钮的频率,降低充电桩的维护成本和寿命损耗。
