The invention discloses a drunk driving judgment system based on vehicle circuit control. The drunk driving judgment system comprises a vehicle circuit control module, a driver seat seating detection module, an alcohol respiration detection module and a wireless communication module. Compared with the prior art, by applying the system, an automobile starting circuit can be disconnected as long as an automobile door is opened, a driver is forced to detect the alcohol concentration, then the alcohol respiration detection module detects that if the alcohol concentration content in respiration of the driver reaches the preset drunk driving standard alcohol concentration content value, the automobile cannot be started, therefore, a drunk person is prevented from driving an automobile, the life and property safety of the driver and other people is ensured, and the crime of the driver is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于车辆电路控制的酒驾判定系统,包括车辆电路控制模块、驾驶座入座检测模块、酒精呼吸检测模块和无线通讯模块;与现有技术相比,应用本发明,首先只要车门打开就会断开车辆启动电路,强制驾驶者进行酒精浓度检测,而后通过酒精呼吸检测模块检测驾驶者呼吸中酒精浓度含量若达到预设的酒驾标准酒精浓度含量值,则汽车不能启动,这样从客观条件上限制了醉酒者驾车,保证了驾驶者他自己和他人的生命财产安全,也使驾驶者避免了犯罪。
