The invention discloses an artificial intelligence road event monitoring method, device and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: building a traffic accident feature recognition model, and judging whether a traffic accident occurs in a current highway monitoring region or not; if so, sending the monitoring information to a management and control center for event secondary judgment; and if a confirmation instruction sent by the management and control center is received within a preset time or an instruction sent by the management and control center is not received, broadcasting the information of the occurrence of the traffic accident. Intelligent recognition is performed on the scene through the traffic accident recognition model, and default processing is performed under the condition that manual processing is not performed; when the result is sent to the management and control center, reminding information is sent to the management and control center, and the staff can judge whether timely rescue or evacuation needs to be carried out or not according to the reminding information and the monitoring information; and therefore, the congestion condition of the highway or the continuous accident rate of the highway can be reduced.

    本发明公开了人工智能的道路事件监控方法、装置、系统及存储介质,包括建立车祸特征识别模型,判定当前高速公路监控区域是否发生车祸事件;若判定为发生,则将监控信息发送给管控中心进行事件二次判定;若在预设时间内收到所述管控中心发送的确认指令或没有收到所述管控中心发送的指令,则将发生车祸事件的信息进行广播。通过车祸识别模型对现场进行智能识别,在人工不做出处理的情况下,进行默认处理;在将结果发送给管控中心时,也相当于对管控中心发出提醒信息,工作人员可以根据提醒信息,根据监控信息判断是否需要进行及时救援或疏散;如此,可以降低高速公路的拥堵情况或降低高速公路的连续事故率。
