The new energy motor pull rod suspension and assembly tool comprises a pull rod support, wherein a support tail of the pull rod support is used for being connected with a motor support, and a rubber main spring and a pull rod inner core arranged in the middle of the rubber main spring are arranged in a support head of the pull rod support; a first limiting gap and a first limiting boss are sequentially arranged at a front end of the rubber main spring, and a second limiting gap and a second limiting boss are sequentially arranged at a rear end of the rubber main spring; the device is characterized by further comprising a limiting soft cushion; a clamping groove matched with the limiting cushion in shape is formed in a rear end of the pull rod inner core; the middle of the second limiting gap expands outwards to form a cavity used for containing the limiting cushion, and a front end of the cavity extends into the clamping groove of the pull rod inner core to form a clamping follow-up face used for preventing the limiting cushion from being disengaged in the radial direction; a rear end of the cavity extends to an inner wall of the support head; the limiting soft cushion is arranged in the cavity in an interference mode, and the rubber main spring makes contact with the first limiting boss after being pressed.

    本发明公开了一种新能源电机拉杆悬置及装配工装,涉及汽车配件技术领域,包括拉杆支架,该拉杆支架的支架尾部用于连接电机支架,拉杆支架的支架头部内设置有橡胶主簧以及设置在橡胶主簧中部的拉杆内芯,橡胶主簧的前端依次设置有第一限位间隙和第一限位凸台,橡胶主簧的后端依次设置有第二限位间隙和第二限位凸台;其特征在于:还包括限位软垫;拉杆内芯的后端设置有与限位软垫形状相适配的卡槽;第二限位间隙中部外扩形成用于容纳限位软垫的空腔,该空腔的前端延伸至拉杆内芯的卡槽内形成夹持随形面,用于防止限位软垫径向脱出;空腔的后端延伸至支架头部的内壁;限位软垫过盈设置在空腔内,橡胶主簧受压后与第一限位凸台接触。
