The invention relates to the technical field of gantry crane fire detecting, in particular to a gantry crane fire detecting and fire-extinguishing triggering system and method. The gantry crane fire detecting and fire-extinguishing triggering system comprises a distribution box, and a central control unit is mounted in a gantry crane cab. According to the gantry crane fire detecting and fire-extinguishing triggering system and method, sensors and a camera are utilized for acquiring information, the central control unit is utilized for judging whether the internal temperature of an inner cavity of the distribution box is too high or not or whether open fire occurs in the inner cavity of the distribution box or not, and then different countermeasures are taken; if the temperature is too high, a sealing device is controlled to open an exhaust channel, and meanwhile, a cooling fan is controlled to cool the inner cavity of the distribution box; and if the open fire occurs, a moving mechanism is controlled by the central control unit to move, the temperature sensor is utilized for acquiring the temperature values of all positions of the inner cavity of the distribution box, a distributor stops above a temperature peak point position finally, and then a fire-extinguishing reagent in a fire-extinguishing device is sprayed downward out of the distributor through the control of an electromagnetic control assembly, so that the point-to-point fire-extinguishing operation can be achieved and the fire-extinguishing effect can be improved.

    本发明涉及龙门吊火灾检测技术领域,特别地,涉及一种龙门吊火灾检测及灭火触发的系统及方法,包括配电箱,龙门吊驾驶室内安装有中控单元,本发明利用传感器以及摄像头采集信息并通过中控单元判定配电箱内腔内部是温度过高或者有明火产生,进而采取不同的应对措施,其一:温度过高,控制密封装置将排风通道开启,同时控制散热风扇对配电箱内腔进行降温处理,其二:有明火产生,中控单元控制移动机构进行移动并利用温度传感器采集配电箱内腔各个位置温度数值,最终将分配器停止在温度峰值点位上方,接着控制电磁控制组件,实现灭火装置内部灭火试剂从分配器内部向下喷出,实现点对点灭火,提高灭火效果。
