The energy storage cabinet comprises a photovoltaic module, a battery cabinet and a power supply receiving end; the photovoltaic module is connected with a direct current part at the input end of the charging module through an alternating current conversion relay circuit, the alternating current conversion relay circuit is in butt joint with a control circuit and is provided with a latitude and longitude time control module and a direct current voltage detector, and the output end of the charging module is connected with a battery cabinet through a charging relay; a main circuit of the charging module is in butt joint with a wiring port of a battery cabinet through a relay control terminal, a built-in circuit of the battery cabinet is in butt joint with a battery management system, and an output port of the battery cabinet is in butt joint with an input port of a direct current charging pile through a discharging relay; and a data input port of the relay control terminal is connected with a charging parameter setting module. According to the invention, the problem of impact on the power grid caused by strong peak power generated by a random charging mode of a high-power charging pile is solved, low-power and average power utilization can be realized, and the use efficiency of the power grid is improved.
