The invention discloses a risk ship detection method based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, building a model, obtaining all historical data of the navigation of ships in different sea areas as a sample for building the model, 2, simplifying a ship navigation traffic system, 3, carrying out the global risk recognition, carrying out modeling on the navigation state of each ship on a sea area by utilizing a GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model), 4, predicting risks, and forming time sequence data by global system collision risk values in different time periods, 5, fusing data information, 6, carrying out data simulation, and 7, carrying out abnormal risk analysis. According to the risk ship detection method, complementarity and comprehensiveness among multi-source information are fully utilized through an information fusion technology, the credibility of ship collision risk assessment is greatly improved, scientific decision making of a ship traffic system is facilitated, and macroscopic cognition and global mastering of main accident risks objectively existing in the ship traffic system are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于多源异构数据融合的风险船舶检测方法,包括如下步骤:第一步:模型构建,获取不同海域中船舶各自的航行所有历史数据作为构建模型的样本,第二步:简化船舶航行交通系统,第三步:全局风险识别,利用GMM对海域上的各个船舶的航行状态进行建模,第四步:预测风险,将不同时间段的全局系统碰撞风险值形成时间序列数据,第五步:数据信息融合,第六步:数据仿真,第七步:异常风险分析。本发明通过信息融合技术充分利用多源信息之间的互补性、综合性,极大的提高了船舶碰撞风险的评估的可信度,有利于实现船舶交通系统的科学决策,为实现对船舶交通系统中客观存在的主要事故风险的宏观认知和全局掌握。
