The invention provides an auxiliary device for brilliant expansion perlite filling and a brilliant expansion perlite filling method. The auxiliary device for brilliant expansion perlite filling comprises a suspension piece, a circular moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a vibration hammer. The suspension piece is annular and is suspended in an interlayer space between an inner tank and an outer tank, and the suspension piece is suspended at the top of the outer tank. The suspension piece is provided with a track surrounding the suspension piece by a circle. The circular moving mechanism is located below the suspension piece, is in sliding fit with the track and can move along the track. The lifting mechanism is installed on the circular moving mechanism and can move along with the circular moving mechanism. The lifting mechanism is provided with a free end capable of ascending and descending relative to the suspension piece. The vibration hammer can vibrate to drive brilliant expansion perlite in the interlayer space to shake. The vibration hammer is connected to the free end of the lifting mechanism and moves and ascends and descends along with the free end. The vibration hammer is suspended in the interlayer space through the suspension piece, the circular moving mechanism and the lifting mechanism, the vibration effect is achieved, and a brilliant expansion perlite filling scheme is provided for a low-temperature storage tank of the non-magnetic outer tank.

    本发明提供了一种珠光砂填充的辅助装置及珠光砂填充方法。珠光砂填充的辅助装置包括悬挂件、环移机构、升降机构和振锤。悬挂件呈环形,悬挂于内罐与外罐之间的夹层空间内,且悬挂件悬挂于外罐的顶部;悬挂件上设有绕悬挂件一周的轨道;环移机构位于悬挂件下方并与轨道滑动配合,而能够沿轨道移动;升降机构安装于环移机构上而能够随环移机构移动;升降机构具有能够相对于悬挂件升降的自由端;振锤能够振动而带动夹层空间内的珠光砂抖动;振锤连接于升降机构的自由端上,而随自由端一起移动及升降。通过悬挂件、环移机构和升降机构将振锤悬挂于夹层空间内,实现振动效果,为非磁性外罐的低温储罐提供了珠光砂填充方案。
