The invention relates to a steel pipe hoisting device for building construction. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a supporting frame, a threaded rod transversely penetrates through the supporting frame and is rotationally installed on the supporting frame, supporting plates are rotationally installed at the left side and the right side of the threaded rod respectively, reels capable of being independently driven are fixed to the front end and the rear end of each supporting plate respectively, two parallel chains are arranged below each set of reels, and the ends of the chains are each provided with a supporting rod. The two ends of the chains are rotationally installed on the corresponding supporting rods through shafts, gears are coaxially fixed to the shafts at one ends of the chains, the two gears are meshed with each other, a limiting rod is fixed to the lower end face of each chain ring of the chains, the limiting rods enable the chains to only bend and deform upwards, a permanent magnet is fixed to the lower end face of each chain ring in the chains. When the two chains rotate until the permanent magnets on the chain rings are opposite, the multiple corresponding permanent magnets on the two chains attract each other, a rope is fixed to each reel, and the other end of each rope is fixed to the supporting rod at the corresponding side.

    本发明涉及一种建筑施工用钢管吊装装置;其解决的技术方案包括支撑架,支撑架上横向贯穿并转动安装有一个螺纹杆,螺纹杆的左右两侧各旋装有支撑板,支撑板的前后端两各固定有一个可单独驱动的卷盘,每组卷盘的下方设有两条平行的链条,链条的端部各设有一个支撑杆,链条的两端部经轴转动安装在对应的支撑杆上,链条的其中一端的轴上同轴固定有齿轮,两个齿轮相互啮合,链条的每个链环的下端面固定有一个限位杆,限位杆使链条只能向上弯曲变形,链条中每个链环的下端面固定有一个永磁铁,两个链条转动至其链环上永磁铁相对时,两条链条上相互对应的多个永磁铁相互吸附,每个卷盘上固定有一根绳索,绳索的另一端固定在对应侧的支撑杆上。
