The swing bolster comprises a swing bolster body, and the swing bolster body is installed on the bogie. and at least two disc type braking lifting bases, the two sides of the end face of the swing bolster body are each provided with one set of disc type braking lifting base, the adjacent disc type braking lifting bases are symmetrical, each disc type braking lifting base is provided with an inclined part and a plane part, the plane parts are connected with the swing bolster body through the inclined parts, and the end face of each plane part is higher than the end face of the swing bolster body; wherein the swing bolster body and the disc type brake hanging seat are of an integrally-formed structure. According to the swing bolster, the disc type brake hanging seat and the swing bolster body are cast into the integrally-formed structure, so that the three-piece type bogie has the capacity of increasing axle load transportation.

    本发明公开了一种摇枕、三大件式转向架以及重载铁路货车,涉及铁路货车技术领域,解决了现有技术中由于摇枕结构强度的限制以及与制动装置制动倍率的局限而导致部分三大件式转向架无法进行加大轴重运输的技术问题。摇枕包括摇枕本体,摇枕本体安装于转向架上;以及,至少两组盘式制动吊座,摇枕本体的端面两侧均分别设有一组盘式制动吊座,相邻盘式制动吊座之间相互对称,盘式制动吊座具有倾斜部和平面部,平面部通过倾斜部与摇枕本体连接,平面部的端面高于摇枕本体的端面;其中,摇枕本体和盘式制动吊座为一体成型结构。本发明通过将盘式制动吊座和摇枕本体铸成一体成型结构,使得三大件式转向架具有加大轴重运输的能力。
