The invention relates to the technical field of brake systems, and discloses a brake system based on an automatic driving system, which comprises a pressure sensor, a brake electronic stabilization system, a formation simulator, a VCU controller, a brake slave cylinder, a pedal, a brake master cylinder and a motor. The brake electronic stabilization system is used for effectively preventing an automobile from being out of control when the automobile reaches the dynamic limit while the control performance of the automobile is improved, and the safety and controllability of the automobile are improved. The brake electronic stabilization system is in communication connection with the VCU controller; the pedal is in communication connection with the VCU controller through the stroke simulator, and the formation simulator is used for simulating the moving range of the pedal so as to send data to the VCU controller. Under the condition that an ABS system control interface cannot be obtained, a set of executing mechanism and a control system are additionally arranged, the control system can be combined with a drive-by-wire driving control system, the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed are compared to drive a brake pedal, and the purpose of drive-by-wire braking is achieved.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,且公开了一种基于自动驾驶系统的制动系统,包括压力传感器、刹车电子稳定系统、形成模拟器、VCU控制器、刹车从缸、踏板、刹车主缸和电机;刹车电子稳定系统用于对旨在提升车辆的操控表现的同时、有效地防止汽车达到其动态极限时失控的系统,提升车辆的安全性和操控性;刹车电子稳定系统与VCU控制器通讯连接;踏板通过行程模拟器与VCU控制器通讯连接,形成模拟器用于对踏板移动范围进行模拟,以将数据发送至VCU控制器中。本发明为ABS系统控制接口无法获得情况下,加装一套执行机构和控制系统,控制系统可以和线控驱动的控制系统结合起来,比较目标车速和实际车速进行驱动制动踏板,实现线控制制动的目的。
