The invention relates to a commercial vehicle three-point supporting storage battery fixing and damping structure which is assembled on the inner side of the ventral surface of a left longitudinal beam and the inner side of the ventral surface of a right longitudinal beam of a commercial vehicle frame and comprises a completely-closed U-shaped supporting frame. The tail ends of the supporting frame are arranged on the two sides of an inverted-U-shaped supporting plate, the supporting plate is of a hollow structure, and a supporting rod is arranged in the supporting plate in a penetrating mode. The two ends of the supporting rod are fixed to a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam, a fixing support is arranged at the arc-shaped end of the supporting frame and connected to the bottom face of a tail cross beam of a frame, a bottom plate is arranged on the supporting frame, and a storage battery frame is fixed to the bottom plate. The structure is reasonable in arrangement and uniform in stress, flexible deformation of the storage battery frame is eliminated, and structural damage caused by fatigue is relieved; high-frequency vibration of the storage battery frame is reduced, so that the problem of loosening of an internal connection structure is relieved; the integration degree is high; not only is the assembly manufacturability good, but also the structural strength and reliability are improved; and the component quality is effectively improved.

    本发明一种商用车三点支撑的蓄电池固定和减震结构,它装配在商用车车架左右纵梁腹面内侧,它包括完全封闭的U型的支撑架,所述支撑架尾端设置在倒U型的支撑板两侧,所述支撑板为中空结构且所述支撑板内贯穿设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆两端固定在左右纵梁上,所述支撑架的弧形端设置有固定支座,所述固定支座连接在车架尾横梁底面上,所述支撑架上设置有底板,所述底板上固定有蓄电池框。本发明布置合理,受力均匀,消除蓄电池框架本身的柔性变形,减缓疲劳导致的结构损伤;降低蓄电池框高频振动,从而缓解内部连接结构松脱问题;集成化程度高;不仅装配工艺性好,而且提升了结构强度和可靠性;有效提升了部件质量。
