A Hall sensor is used for speed measurement, Mecanum wheels are used for steering, and an electronic compass circuit is used for detecting orientation; the Hall sensor measures the speed, calculates the advancing distance of the trolley according to the radius and rotating speed information of the wheels, and controls the position of the trolley; the Mecanum wheels are adopted for steering, the Mecanum wheels are adopted as tires of the trolley, and the trolley can run in any direction without steering; the Mecanum wheels are mechanically connected with a motor through a 6mm coupling; and the electronic compass circuit detects the orientation, the current orientation of the trolley can be detected through the electronic compass circuit by means of the earth magnetic field, and the running path of the trolley is automatically corrected. According to the design of the workshop trackless carrying trolley, the cost is low, the advancing distance of the trolley is accurate, the running path of the trolley can be automatically corrected, and the trolley can run in any direction.
本发明公开了一种车间无轨搬运小车的设计,通过霍尔传感器测速、麦克纳姆轮转向及电子指南针电路检测朝向;霍尔传感器测速,霍尔传感器通过轮子半径及转速信息,计算出小车行进的距离,对小车所处的位置进行控制;麦克纳姆轮转向,小车轮胎采用麦克纳姆轮,能够不通过转向即可向任意方向行驶;将麦克纳姆轮通过6mm联轴器与电机机械连接;电子指南针电路检测朝向,通过电子指南针电路,利用地球磁场可以检测出当前小车的朝向,实现自动纠正小车的行驶路径。本发明的车间无轨搬运小车的设计,成本低,小车行进距离精准,可以实现自动纠正小车的行驶路径,可以任意方向行驶。
