The invention discloses an automobile front shock absorber tower bag reinforcing structure which is provided with a front shock absorber connecting rod, wherein the two ends of the front shock absorber connecting rod are fixedly connected with front shock absorber support upper plates on the left side and the right side of a cabin respectively. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the front shock absorber connecting rod is additionally arranged between the left shock absorber tower bag and the right shock absorber tower bag to effectively support the front shock absorber tower bag, the connecting strength and rigidity of the left shock absorber tower bag and the right shock absorber tower bag are improved, loads from shock absorbers are dispersed to the front shock absorber connecting rod, and local stress of metal plates of the front shock absorber tower bag is reduced, so that the problems of tower bag deformation, plate cracking and the like when the automobile is used for a long time are avoided, the service life of the product is prolonged, and the safety performance of the automobile is improved. The automobile front shock absorber tower bag reinforcing structure is simple in structure, reasonable and compact in spatial arrangement, low in assembly time and low in development and manufacturing cost of the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种汽车前减震器塔包加强结构,设置前减震器连接杆,前减震器连接杆的两端分别与机舱左右两侧的前减震器支架上板固定连接。采用上述技术方案,通过在左右减震器塔包之间增加前减震器连接杆对前减震器塔包形成有效支撑,提高左右减震器塔包连接强度和刚度,将来自于减震器的载荷分散到前减震器连接杆上,降低前减震器塔包钣金的局部应力,避免汽车长期使用时塔包变形、板件开裂等问题,提高产品使用寿命和汽车的安全性能;本发明结构简单,空间布置合理紧凑,装配工时较低,整车开发制造成本亦较低。
