The invention relates to the technical field of lithium batteries, and discloses a lithium battery overcharge recovery switching circuit which comprises a battery and a battery management system, wherein a positive electrode end of the battery is connected with a battery charge and discharge input and output positive electrode end through a fuse, a negative electrode end of the battery is connected with a relay, the relay is connected with a battery charge and discharge input and output negative electrode end, and the battery management system comprises a discharge loop which is connected in parallel with the relay; and the discharge loop is used for preventing overcharge caused by continuous charging of the battery and providing power for an external load by the discharge loop. According to the lithium battery overcharge recovery switching circuit provided by the invention, the battery can still discharge outwards after overcharge protection, the problem that the battery cannot be discharged due to electricity is avoided, the battery can be quickly recovered to a relay main loop before a vehicle is started, and the relay provides large current during starting, so that the discharge loop is prevented from being burnt due to overload.

    本发明涉及锂电池技术领域,公开了一种锂电池过充恢复切换电路,包括电池和电池管理系统,所述电池正极端通过保险丝与电池充放电输入输出正极端连接,所述电池负极端连接继电器,所述继电器连接电池充放电输入输出负极端,所述电池管理系统包括放电回路,所述放电回路与所述继电器并联;所述放电回路用于防止所述电池继续充电造成过充电,同时提供电池放电回路对外部负载供电。本发明提供的锂电池过充恢复切换电路,使电池因为过充保护后仍然可以对外放电,不会出现电池有电放不出的问题,并能在车辆启动前快速恢复到继电器主回路,由继电器提供启动时的大电流,防止放电回路因为过载而烧毁。
