The invention provides a multivehicle lamp body combination and an assembling method thereof, and is characterized in that the multivehicle lamp body combination comprises at least one first lamp body, at least one second lamp body, a vehicle lamp driving unit and a sub-wire harness, the vehicle lamp driving unit is installed on the first lamp body, receives a vehicle lamp control signal through a main wire harness, and controls the function of the multivehicle lamp body combination; and the second lamp body receives a control signal of the vehicle lamp driving unit on the first lamp body through the sub-wire harness. According to the technical scheme, the control signal of the ECU is transmitted to the second lamp body through the sub-wire harness, meanwhile, transportation and detection are more convenient, a fixing structure is arranged on the structure of the first lamp body and used for fixing the connecting end of the sub-wire harness before mounting and use, the problems of signal transmission and assembly between the lamp bodies are solved, the connecting end can be prevented from being damaged due to random displacement during transportation, and during detection, automatic detection equipment of a production line can be inserted into and pulled out of the connecting end more conveniently without manual operation.

    本发明提供了一种多车灯体组合及其装配方法,其特征在于,包括至少一个第一灯体、至少一个第二灯体、车灯驱动单元、子线束,所述车灯驱动单元安装于所述第一灯体上,通过主线束接收车灯控制信号,控制所述多车灯体组合的功能;所述第二灯体通过所述子线束接收所述第一灯体上所述车灯驱动单元的控制信号。通过本发明的技术方案,通过子线束将ECU的控制信号传递给第二灯体,同时考虑在运输与检测时更加方便,在第一灯体的结构上设置一个固定结构,用于安装使用前子线束连接端部的固定,解决各灯体间信号传输与装配的问题,既可以防止运输时连接端部随意移位被破坏,检测时,产线的自动检测设备插入与拔出连接端部过程中也更方便无需人手工操作。
