The aviation tire bead reinforcing rubber provided by the invention is prepared from high-end natural rubber as a main material and butadiene rubber BR9000, carbon black N660, a silane coupling agent, a heat stabilizer, an anti-reversion agent, carbon nanotubes, zinc oxide, a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, a ketoamine anti-aging agent, insoluble sulfur and a sulfenamide accelerator as auxiliary materials according to a certain proportion. The aircraft tire bead reinforcing rubber is low in heat generation, good in heat conduction, good in thermal stability, high in elasticity, high in mechanical property, and small in permanent deformation after dynamic compression fatigue. The aviation tire bead reinforcing rubber is applied to an aviation tire, the quality problems of rubber melting, internal void, cracks and the like are avoided under the using conditions of large load, high speed, large stress of a tire bead part and large deformation of the tire, and the tire is safe to use.

    本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,提供了一种航空轮胎胎圈补强胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的航空轮胎胎圈补强胶以高端天然橡胶为主材料,以顺丁橡胶BR9000、炭黑N660、硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂、抗硫化返原剂、碳纳米管、氧化锌、对苯二胺类防老剂、酮胺类防老剂、不溶性硫磺、和次磺酰胺类促进剂为辅助材料,按照一定的比例制成。本发明提供的航空轮胎胎圈补强胶生热低、导热较好、热稳定性好、弹性高,同时具有较高的力学性能,动态压缩疲劳后永久变形较小,将其应用于航空轮胎中,轮胎在载荷大、速度高、胎圈部位的受力大、变形大的使用条件下,不会出现胶料熔融、内部脱空、裂口等质量问题,轮胎使用安全。
