The invention discloses an outboard engine reverse gear locking mechanism which comprises a spring, a steel ball, a reverse gear locking rod and a reverse gear locking rod pressing plate. The spring and the steel ball are sequentially placed in a support hole of the rotating support. The upper portion of the reverse gear locking rod is restrained on the outer side of the support hole through a reverse gear locking rod pressing plate. An upper hole and a lower hole which are distributed vertically are formed in the upper portion of the reverse gear lock rod, a bayonet matched with the connecting pipe is formed in the lower end of the reverse gear lock rod, a kidney-shaped hole is formed in the lower portion of the reverse gear lock rod, and a pin shaft is inserted in the kidney-shaped hole. The spring and the steel ball are matched with the upper hole and the lower hole of the reverse gear lock rod, when the lock rod is pressed downwards till the steel ball is clamped into the upper hole, the lower end of the lock rod clamps the bolt cushion pipe, and the outboard engine is in a locked state, and when the lock rod is lifted upwards till the steel ball is clamped into the lower hole, the outboard engine is in a non-locked state. The limiting structure with the long kidney-shaped round hole is additionally arranged on the reverse gear lock rod, the lock rod can be prevented from falling off in the up-down sliding process in cooperation with the pin shaft, and the steel ball cannot be dislocated when being clamped into the hole.
本发明公开了一种舷外机倒档锁紧机构,包括弹簧、钢珠、倒档锁杆、倒档锁杆压板;所述弹簧、钢珠依次放入旋转支架的支架孔中;所述倒档锁杆上部通过倒档锁杆压板约束于支架孔外侧;倒档锁杆上部设有上、下分布的上孔、下孔,下端设有与连接管配合的卡口,倒档锁杆下部开有腰圆孔,腰圆孔上插有销轴。本发明采用弹簧、钢珠与倒档锁杆的上、下孔配合,当下按锁杆至钢珠卡入上孔时,锁杆下端卡住螺栓垫管,舷外机就会成锁紧状态,当上提锁杆至钢珠卡入下孔时,舷外机为非锁紧状态。本发明在倒档锁杆上加入长腰圆孔的限位结构,配合销轴可防止锁杆上下滑动的过程中脱落,并使钢珠卡入孔时不会错位。
