Compared with the prior art, the energy storage power supply is connected with the input end of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage power utilization system instead of feeding back to a power grid, so that the energy consumption caused by power supply conversion is reduced, and the recycled energy can be utilized to the maximum extent.
