The invention discloses a traffic scheduling system based on a dynamic adaptive particle swarm algorithm. The traffic scheduling system is composed of a bus route scheduling command platform, a bus network scheduling command platform and a regional bus network scheduling command platform. The bus network scheduling command platform is connected with the plurality of bus network scheduling command platforms, and the regional bus network scheduling command platform is connected with the plurality of bus network scheduling command platforms; the bus route scheduling command platform is used for scheduling buses on a single public transit route; the public transport network scheduling command platform is used for scheduling buses of all bus routes on a certain station where the passenger flow volume is increased greatly or in the future; the regional bus network scheduling command platform can perform global scheduling on the bus network in the region. According to the system, the buses can be selectively configured and scheduled according to actual conditions in case of sudden large flow or heavy activities so as to ensure stable and effective operation of the public transport.
