When the water pumps work at the same time, the whole suspension assembly vertically descends to perform vertical photographing detection, when the water pump on one side works, a hollow floating box on one side sinks firstly, then water flow gradually spreads to the hollow floating box on the other side, so that a connecting rope fixedly connected between two fixing plates is inclined, then a detection assembly performs inclined photographing detection along the connecting rope, the photographing range is increased, and photographing detection is performed.
