The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction equipment, in particular to a front-clamping multi-hole cross-core type jack structure. The front-clamping multi-hole cross-core type jack structure comprises a cylinder sleeve, a piston assembly and a tensioning assembly, and the piston assembly comprises a piston body. The tensioning assembly comprises a center penetrating sleeve and a working anchor plate, the center penetrating sleeve is in sliding connection with the piston body, the working anchor plate is located at the front end of the piston assembly, a first supporting base and a one-way limiting plate are arranged in the center penetrating sleeve, and the piston body is sleeved with the cylinder sleeve which is connected with the center penetrating sleeve. According to the jack structure, the working anchor plate is arranged at the front end of the piston assembly, and the first supporting base is arranged at the position, close to the front end of the piston assembly, of the center penetrating sleeve, so that the clamping effect on a steel strand bundle at the front end of the jack structure is achieved, and the length of a steel strand needed for tensioning the steel strand bundle is effectively reduced; and the one-way limiting plate is arranged, so that the steel strand bundle is effectively prevented from moving towards a bridge, the tensioning efficiency and effect of the steel strand bundle are improved, and the construction time is shortened.

    本公开涉及桥梁施工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种前卡多孔穿心式千斤顶结构,包括缸套、活塞组件和张拉组件,活塞组件包括活塞本体;张拉组件包括穿心套和工作锚板,穿心套与活塞本体滑动连接,工作锚板位于活塞组件的前端位置处,穿心套内设置有第一支撑座和单向限位板,缸套套设在活塞本体外侧,且缸套与穿心套连接。本公开提供的千斤顶结构中,通过在活塞组件的前端设置工作锚板以及在穿心套靠近活塞组件的前端位置处设置第一支撑座,实现了在千斤顶结构的前端对钢绞线束的夹持作用,有效减小了张拉钢绞线束所需钢绞线的长度,并且通过设置单向限位板,有效防止钢绞线束向桥梁方向运动,提高了对钢绞线束张拉的效率和效果,减少了施工时间。
