The invention discloses a plate adjusting device for fabricated building hoisting equipment and a control method. The plate adjusting device comprises a device body and a driving motor, wherein the driving motor is fixedly arranged on one side of the device body; an output shaft is connected to one side of the driving motor; the outer surface of the output shaft is sleeved with a chain; the chain is connected with a chain wheel; a rope is wound on the outer surface of the chain wheel and is connected with a supporting plate; the supporting plate is connected with an adjusting mechanism; the adjusting mechanism is connected with a building plate body; and the building plate body is connected with a positioning mechanism. According to the plate adjusting device for the fabricated building hoisting equipment and the control method, the building plate and the device body can be rapidly connected through the positioning mechanism, operation is convenient and fast, and the building plate body can be adjusted in multiple directions through the adjusting mechanism and a control mechanism, so that various assembly requirements are met, and the application range of the device is widened.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑起吊设备用板材调节装置及控制方法,包括装置主体和驱动电机,所述装置主体的一侧固定安装有驱动电机,且驱动电机的一侧连接有输出轴,所述输出轴的外表面套接有链条,且链条与链轮相互连接,所述链轮的外表面绕卷有绳索,且绳索与支撑板相互连接,所述支撑板与调节机构相互连接,且调节机构与建筑板本体相互连接,所述建筑板本体与定位机构相互连接。该装配式建筑起吊设备用板材调节装置及控制方法,通过定位机构可将建筑板与装置主体快速连接,操作便捷,且通过调节机构和控制机构可对建筑板本体进行多向调节,从而满足多种装配需求,有利于提高装置的适用范围。
