The invention discloses an automobile steering column capable of avoiding axial adjustment limiting and crumple interference, which comprises an upper tubular column body and a lower tubular column body which are sleeved with each other and can slide relatively, and further comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the axial position of the upper tubular column body, a crumple mechanism for collision crumple protection and an adjustment limiting mechanism, and the adjustment limiting mechanism comprises a limiting pin and a limiting long groove formed in the upper pipe column body. The limiting pin shaft is linked with the adjusting mechanism, so that the limiting pin shaft extends into the limiting long groove when the axial position of the upper tubular column body is adjustable when the adjusting mechanism is in a relaxed state, and the limiting pin shaft retreats from the limiting long groove when the axial position of the upper tubular column body is not adjustable when the adjusting mechanism is in a locked state. The limiting pin shaft is linked with the adjusting mechanism, so that the limiting pin shaft only acts in the adjusting process, and therefore when an automobile collides and the steering column needs to collapse, the limiting pin shaft cannot hinder collapse of the steering column, and normal operation of the collapse function is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种避免轴向调节限位与溃缩干涉的汽车转向柱,包括相套设置并可相对滑动的上管柱体和下管柱体,还包括用于调节上管柱体轴向位置的调节机构以及进行碰撞溃缩保护的溃缩机构,还包括调节限位机构;所述调节限位机构包括限位销以及开于上管柱体上的限位长槽;所述限位销轴与调节机构联动,使得当调节机构呈放松状态上管柱体轴向位置可调节时,限位销轴延伸进限位长槽,而当调节机构呈锁紧状态上管柱体轴向位置不可调节时,限位销轴退出限位长槽。通过将限位销轴与调节机构联动,使得限位销轴仅在调节时作用,从而当汽车发生碰撞需要转向柱溃缩时,限位销轴不会对转向柱的溃缩产生阻碍,确保了溃缩功能的正常运行。
