The invention discloses a combined tower crane standard knot and an assembly method thereof. The combined tower crane standard knot comprises a first half frame and a second half frame with side openings, and the first half frame and the second half frame are jointly spliced into a frame body of the tower crane standard knot; and during specific assembly, the first half frame and the second half frame are connected and fixed through corresponding connecting pieces. Compared with an existing integral standard knot, the standard knot has the advantages that the occupied volume of the standard knot during transportation can be effectively reduced, and the transportation volume of the standard knot can be reduced by about half through crossed and staggered arrangement. Compared with an existing sheet type standard knot, the standard knot has the advantages that the follow-up assembly process can be simplified, and time and labor are saved during assembly. Besides, the side face of one half frame can support the ground of the other half frame during transportation, so that the probability of extrusion deformation of the half frames in the transportation process can be effectively reduced, and the rigidity and the strength of the tower crane standard knot are ensured.
本发明公开一种组合式塔吊标准节及其装配方法,它包括侧面开口的第一半框和第二半框,所述第一半框和所述第二半框共同拼接成塔吊标准节的框体;具体装配时,所述第一半框和所述第二半框通过相应的连接件连接固定。与现有的整体式标准节,本发明可以有效减少运输时标准节所占体积,通过交叉错位设置,标准节运输体积可以减少一半左右。与现有的片式标准节相比,本发明可以简化后续装配工序,装配时省时省力。另外,由于运输时一个半框的侧面可以对另一个半框的地面起到支撑作用,因而可以有效减少半框在运输过程中发生挤压变形的概率,从而确保塔吊标准节的刚性及强度。
