The invention discloses a tire, a manufacturing method of the tire and a mold of the tire, the tire comprises a tread and two tire beads, the two tire beads are respectively connected with the tread at two edges of the tread, and the tread and the tire beads are made of different materials and are integrally formed. The tread is made of a material of which the grip performance and the wear resistance are higher than those of the tire bead, and the tire bead is made of a material of which the bending resistance and the weather resistance are higher than those of the tread. Therefore, compared with the tread, the material used by the tire bead has more excellent low-heating and deflection-resistant properties, and also has better elasticity and elongation, larger permanent compression deformation change and improved comfort; compared with the tire bead, the material used by the tire tread has the advantages of better wear resistance, superior grip performance, higher stress at definite elongation and hardness, lower elasticity and elongation and smaller compression set change, so that the tire has better wear resistance and heating resistance.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎、轮胎的制作方法、轮胎的模具,包括:胎面和两个胎边,两个所述胎边分别在所述胎面的两个边沿与所述胎面连接,所述胎面与所述胎边采用不同材料且两者一体成型,所述胎面采用抓地性能、耐磨性能高于所述胎边的材料,所述胎边采用耐挠曲、耐候性能高于所述胎面的材料。这样,胎边使用的材料相较于胎面来说具有更加优异的低发热,耐曲挠的性能,同时具有较好的的弹性和伸长率,压缩永久变形变化较大,舒适性提升;胎面使用的材料相较于胎边来说具有较好的抗磨损能力、优越的抓地性能、定伸应力和硬度较高,而弹性和伸长率相对较低,压缩永久变形变化较小,从而让轮胎具有更好的抗磨损能力和抗发热能力。
