A battery temperature control system of a hybrid electric vehicle comprises a water cooling plate, a battery, an electronic water pump, a heat exchanger, a compressor, a condensation fan, an engine water jacket, a hot water electromagnetic valve, a battery management system and a heat management module. A water outlet of the water-cooling plate is communicated with a water inlet of the water-cooling plate through the heat exchanger and the electronic water pump in sequence; a water outlet of the condensation fan is communicated with a water inlet of the condensation fan sequentially through the heat exchanger and the compressor, and a water outlet of the engine water jacket is communicated with a water inlet of the engine water jacket sequentially through the hot water electromagnetic valve and the heat exchanger. A first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor are respectively arranged between the engine water jacket and the hot water electromagnetic valve and between the electronic water pump and the water cooling plate respectively. The method comprises the steps: setting cooling starting and stopping conditions and heating starting and stopping conditions, and delaying the turning-off of the condensation fan when liquid cooling is finished, and controlling the battery temperature within a proper interval, so the oscillation of the battery near a proper temperature is avoided.

    一种混合动力汽车电池温度控制系统,包括水冷板、电池、电子水泵、换热器、压缩机、冷凝风扇、发动机水套、热水电磁阀、电池管理系统、热管理模块,水冷板的出水口依次通过换热器、电子水泵与水冷板的进水口相连通,冷凝风扇的出水口依次通过换热器、压缩机与冷凝风扇的进水口相连通,发动机水套的出水口依次通过热水电磁阀、换热器与发动机水套的进水口相连通,发动机水套与热水电磁阀之间、电子水泵与水冷板之间分别设置有第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器,该控制方法先设置冷却开启和关闭条件、加热开启和关闭条件,然后通过在液冷结束时延时关闭冷凝风扇,将电池温度控制在适宜区间,避免了电池在适宜温度附近振荡。
