The invention relates to a 32-tonnage motor split type lifting beam which comprises eight bearing walking vehicles, four split beams, three connecting rods, two cross-shaped beams, two transportation frames and hydraulic motors. The two ends of each split beam are each connected with one bearing walking vehicle, every two adjacent split beams are connected through the connecting rods, each split beam is provided with a hoisting and hanging set, each cross beam comprises a long-arm beam and a transverse beam which are connected in a cross mode, the two ends of the long-arm beam of each cross beam are connected with the hoisting and hanging sets of the split beams respectively, the transportation frames are connected between the transverse beams of the two cross beams, and one hydraulic motor is fixed to each split beam. And the stable and safe hoisting of 32 tonnages can be realized by only using four hydraulic motors of 4 tonnages, and the lifting beam can be used as a hoisting beam of 8 tonnages, 16 tonnages and 24 tonnages, so that the application range is wider.

    本发明涉及一种32吨位马达分体式起吊梁,包括承载行走车、分体梁、连杆、十字梁、运输框架、液压马达,所述承载行走车有8个,分体梁有4个,连杆有3个,十字梁有2个,运输框架有2个,所述每个分体梁的两端均连接一个承载行走车,相邻两个分体梁之间通过连杆连接,所述每个分体梁上设置起吊吊挂组,所述十字梁包括呈十字连接的长臂梁和横梁,所述每个十字梁的长臂梁的两端分别与分体梁的起吊吊挂组连接,所述两个十字梁的横梁之间连接运输框架,所述每个分体梁上均固定一个液压马达。仅使用4台4吨位的液压马达即可实现32吨位的平稳、安全起吊,而且还可以作为8吨、16吨、24吨起吊梁使用,适用范围更广。
