The invention relates to an assembly type building component suspension device and a construction method thereof. The assembly type building component suspension device comprises a base, a side plate vertically fixed at one end of the base, baffles, a length adjustable adjusting rod, a hanging piece and at least one cushioning piece; the baffles are vertically and oppositely arranged on the side plate and connected to the base in a position-adjustable mode, and the base, the side plate and the baffles form a space for clamping and fixing a component; the adjusting rod is connected to the baffles and the side plate, and the distance between the baffles and the side plate is adjusted through the adjusting rod; the hanging piece is used for hanging and is fixed at the top of the side plate; and the at least one cushioning piece is fixed at the bottom of the base. In the construction process, the component is placed on the base, and the adjusting rod is adjusted to drive the baffles to move relative to the side plate until the baffles and the side plate are clamped on the two sides of the component to clamp and fix the component. After the component is loaded on the base, a lifting hook is adopted to hook the hanging piece to move to a to-be-installed position of the component, and abrasion caused by collision between the component and an external structure is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种装配式建筑用构件悬吊装置及其施工方法,其中装置包括:底座;竖向固定于底座一端的侧板;竖向相对设置于侧板的挡板,以位置可调节的方式连接于底座,底座、侧板和挡板形成夹持固定构件的空间;长度可调节的调节杆,将调节杆连接于挡板和侧板,通过调节杆调节挡板和侧板之间的距离;供吊装的吊挂件,固定于侧板的顶部;至少一个缓震件,固定于底座底部。在施工过程中将构件放置在底座上,调节调节杆带动挡板相对于侧板进行移动,直至夹挡板和侧板夹持于构件两侧实现夹紧固定构件。在将构件装载于底座上后,采用起吊挂钩钩设吊挂件移动到构件的待安装位置,避免构件和外部结构碰撞而产生磨损。
