A crop growth monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle assembling device comprises a workbench, an adjusting device and a driving device, a workbench square hole is formed in the middle of the workbench, a lifting rod hole is formed in the left side of the workbench square hole, four supporting legs are arranged on the lower portion of the workbench, and the upper portion of the workbench is fixedly connected with the adjusting device through the workbench square hole; driving devices are fixedly connected to the lower parts of the supporting legs; the adjusting device comprises an adjusting seat, a square shaft, a rotating shaft, a suction cup and a rocker arm, an adjusting seat square hole is formed in the bottom of the adjusting seat, an adjusting rail is arranged in the adjusting seat, a square shaft hole is formed in the middle of the square shaft, a shaft shoulder is arranged at the bottom of the square shaft, and a transverse hole is formed in the upper portion of the rotating shaft in the vertical direction. A suction cup shaft is arranged at the lower part of the suction cup. A rocker arm shaft is arranged outside the suction cup shaft. A rocker arm hole is at the central part of the rocker arm. A spherical head is arranged outside the rocker arm. The lower portion of the square shaft is fixedly connected with a workbench square hole, and the shaft shoulder is positioned on the upper portion of the workbench square hole.
