The drawing design in the step 1 comprises the steps that in combination with machining and mounting process conditions and material supply conditions, node detail design is conducted, a large sample is released, detail contents such as welding seams, sizes, arrangement and structures are determined, and a component arrangement drawing, a component list, a component detail drawing, a component and connecting material table, a mounting node drawing and the like are drawn. According to the step 1 and the step 2, in the step 1, the load transmitted to the upper portion of each steel buttress is calculated by collecting and summarizing steel buttress materials, then the load borne by the steel buttress is calculated, and the specific structure of the steel buttress is precisely designed, so that the reasonability of the steel buttress is guaranteed; and the height-adjustable steel buttress is made of steel plates, the supporting performance of the height-adjustable steel buttress is improved, and after the height-adjustable steel buttress is spliced and mounted through the step 4, rust removal and painting are conducted in the step 5, so that the surface protection performance of the height-adjustable steel buttress is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可调节高度的钢支墩包括以下所述工作步骤:包括一:设计图、二:深化图、三:钢板板件下料、四:焊接和五:除锈、油漆,所述步骤一中设计图包括:结合加工、安装工艺条件和材料供应情况,进行节点细部设计、放出大样,确定焊缝、尺寸、布置、构造等细部内容,绘制构件布置图、构件一览表、构件详图、构件及连接材料表、安装节点图等。本发明步骤一和步骤二的操作,步骤一通过对钢支墩材料的收集和总结对每个钢支墩上部传递多大荷载,计算钢支墩承受荷载,再对钢支墩的具体结构进行精准的设计,从而保证钢支墩的合理性,且本装置采用钢板材质,增添装置的支撑性,通过步骤四对装置结构进行拼接安装后,再通过步骤五的除锈和喷漆,从而增添装置表面的防护性。
