The invention provides a 6-series aluminum alloy applied to a battery frame and a preparation method of the 6-series aluminum alloy. The 6-series aluminum alloy applied to the battery frame comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.55-0.75% of magnesium, 0.75- 0.95% of silicon, 0.45-0.65% of manganese, 0.05-0.20% of chromium, 0.05-0.25% of copper and the balance aluminum. The aluminum alloy profile prepared by adopting the technical scheme can simultaneously meet the special requirements of the battery frame of an electric vehicle, and the qualified rate of the three thermal stability is 100%. The surface of the alloy profile is free of particles and orange peel patterns. The profile tolerance error is small (the profile tolerance is +/-0.5, and the local position profile tolerance is +/-0.25), and the qualified rate reaches 98.18%.

    本发明提供了一种应用于电池框的6系铝合金及其制备方法,应用于电池框的6系铝合金包括以下质量百分含量的组分:0.55‑0.75%镁,0.75‑0.95%硅,0.45‑0.65%锰,0.05‑0.20%铬,0.05‑0.25%铜,余量为铝。采用上述技术方案制备的铝合金型材能够同时满足电动汽车电池框的特殊要求,并且上述三个热稳定性的合格率均为100%。(3)合金型材表面没有颗粒和橘皮纹。(4)轮廓度误差小(轮廓度±0.5,局部位置轮廓度±0.25),合格率达到98.18%。
