The invention discloses a new energy automobile battery swap station. The battery swap station comprises a translation mechanism, one side of the translation mechanism is provided with an induction mechanism, the induction mechanism comprises a battery replacing disc, four trigger springs are arranged on the periphery of the inner wall of one side of the battery replacing disc in an array mode, one side of each trigger spring is fixedly connected with a sliding rod, and sliding rods are fixedly connected to distance sensors. The two distance sensors are used for sensing the height difference of different sites between the battery chassis and the battery replacing plate so as to judge whether to start a position covering device or not, when the position covering device is started, hydraulic rods at the different sites ascend, and the springs are pulled to adapt to the automobile battery chassis deviating in the angle direction, so that stable and orderly operation of a battery swap device is ensured and assisted when different vehicles with different vehicle conditions enter the battery swap station for battery swap, and the situation that automatic battery swap cannot be completed due to different vehicle conditions of the vehicles is prevented.

    本发明的一种新能源汽车换电站,包括平移机构,所述平移机构一侧设有感应机构,所述感应机构包括换电盘,所述换电盘一侧内壁上四周阵列设置有四个触发弹簧,每个所述触发弹簧一侧固定连接有滑杆,所述滑杆上固定连接有距离传感器,本发明通过两个距离传感器感应到电池底盘与换电板间不同位点的高度差来判断是否启用补位装置,当启动补位装置时,利用不同点位的液压杆上升,拉动弹簧以适应角度方向偏移的汽车电池底盘,保证不同车辆入换电站换电池的不同车况辅助换电装置的稳定有序作业,防止因汽车车况不同导致无法完成自动换电。
