The invention provides a vehicle behavior control device and a vehicle behavior control method. A vehicle is provided with: one front wheel drive motor for driving left and right front wheels, and a hydraulic brake; the hydraulic brake independently applies brake torque to the left and right front wheels, the behavior control device is provided with a front-rear yaw moment control amount distribution setting part, a drive motor control part and a brake device control part, and the front-rear yaw moment control amount distribution setting part sets a target drive torque difference between the left and right front wheels according to a target yaw angle rate; the drive motor control part controls the drive motor so as to output a total drive torque, which is a drive torque obtained by adding a drive torque corresponding to the requested drive torque and a drive torque corresponding to the target drive torque difference; the brake device control part controls the hydraulic brake so as to apply a brake torque corresponding to the target drive torque difference to one of the left and right front wheels. Therefore, the vehicle behavior stability can be improved.

    一种车辆行为控制装置和车辆行为控制方法。车辆具有1个前轮驱动马达和液压制动器,其中,1个前轮驱动马达用于驱动左右前轮;液压制动器对左右前轮独立施加制动扭矩,行为控制装置具有前后偏航力矩控制量分配设定部、驱动马达控制部和制动装置控制部,前后偏航力矩控制量分配设定部根据目标偏航角速率来设定左右前轮之间的目标驱动扭矩差;驱动马达控制部控制驱动马达以使其输出合计的驱动扭矩,其中,合计扭矩是指对与请求驱动扭矩相对应的驱动扭矩和与目标驱动扭矩差相对应的驱动扭矩进行合计后的驱动扭矩;制动装置控制部控制液压制动器以使其对左右前轮中的一方施加与目标驱动扭矩差相对应的制动扭矩。据此,能提高车辆行为稳定性。
