The invention discloses an urban traffic flow prediction method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring real-time traffic data through equipment such as a sensor, preprocessing the real-time traffic data to form a track data flow, converting the traffic data into a plurality of fragments in batches through Spark Streaming, generating a data set, reading the data in the data set by adopting a Direct mode, then establishing a support vector machine model and solving by using a stochastic gradient descent method to obtain traffic condition trend prediction data. The urban traffic flow prediction method has the advantages of small memory pressure on the chip, high prediction precision and fast calculation speed, is suitable for the domestic Loongson 3B3000 chip, and expands the software ecology of the domestic chip.

    本发明公开了一种城市交通流预测方法,通过传感器等设备采集实时交通数据并进行预处理,形成轨迹数据流,经过Spark Streaming将交通数据转换成批多个分片并生成数据集,采用Direct方式读取所述数据集中的数据,然后建立支持向量机模型并用随机梯度下降法求解,得到交通情况趋势预测数据;本发明的城市交通流预测方法对芯片的内存压力小、预测精度高、计算速度快,适用于国产龙芯3B3000芯片,扩展了国产芯片的软件生态。
