The invention discloses a road condition abnormity alarm algorithm which comprises the following steps: S1, road condition congestion analysis: considering real-time road conditions and historical data road conditions, and determining that the historical road conditions are consistent with the real-time traffic road condition information, wherein the minimum granularity of road condition display is RTIC; s2, setting a congestion release condition, wherein at least one RTIC on a road section must be a congested road section, the congested RTIC exists on the road section in the whole five minutes, and the congestion distance threshold meets the conditions that the distance is larger than or equal to 500 meters at a high speed, and the distance is larger than or equal to 300 meters at a non-high speed. According to the invention, passive alarm receiving is changed into active alarm sending by the traffic police, the congestion abnormity alarm self-learning algorithm is preset for each road, the congestion state change is used for early warning of the congested road section, the alarm condition discovery rate is effectively improved, the alarm condition discovery time is shortened, and the traffic accident can be handled in time.

    本发明公开了路况异常报警算法,道路异常报警算法包括以下步骤:S1:路况拥堵分析,考虑实时路况和历史数据路况,确定历史路况与实时交通路况信息一致,且路况显示的最小粒度为RTIC;S2:设置拥堵发布条件,路段上必须最少有一条RTIC是拥堵路段,整5分钟时路段上存在拥堵RTIC,拥堵距离阈值满足条件为:高速:距离>=500米、非高速:距离>=300米。本发明使交警发现警情变被动接警为主动出警,为每一条道路预置拥堵异常报警自学习算法,用拥堵状态变化预警拥堵路段,警情发现率有效提升,警情发现时间缩短,能够及时的处理交通变故。
