The structure comprises a sliding rail arranged on a hanging bracket; a pull rod bodies and the brake pad supports which are installed in a one-to-one correspondence mode, wherein one ends of the pull rod bodies are fixedly installed on the brake pad supports, rotating shafts are vertically installed at the other ends of the pull rod bodies, the rotating shafts are installed in the sliding rails in a sliding mode and matched with the sliding rails in a rotating mode, each pull rod body is a Z-shaped three-section rod, and the middle sections of the pair of pull rod bodies are parallel to each other and abut against each other up and down.     本发明涉及动车制动装置技术领域,具体涉及一种闸片托跟随防偏磨机构及具有其的制动装置。闸片托跟随防偏磨机构,安装在吊架和一对闸片托之间,一对闸片托对称安装在吊架两侧,包括:滑轨,设置在吊架上;一对拉杆本体,交叉设置,拉杆本体与闸片托一一对应安装,拉杆本体一端固定安装在闸片托上,另一端垂直安装有转轴,转轴滑动安装在滑轨内且与滑轨转动配合,一对拉杆本体均为呈Z型的三段杆,一对拉杆本体的中间一段相互平行且上下抵接设置。通过设置一对交叉的Z型的拉杆本体,使得闸片托自由状态时的上下错位移动被拉杆本体限制,使得其应用在制动夹钳上时,闸片与制动盘之间不会发生偏磨,降低噪声、变形等状况发生的概率。
