The invention discloses an automatic driving method of a vehicle, an automatic driving platform and a vehicle system. The automatic driving method includes determining at least one of a motion condition of an object detected by a sensor, a positional relationship with a reference object, and a distribution condition of the object as obstacle-related information. Whether the object is an obstacle may be determined based on the obstacle-related information without changing the driving of the vehicle in a case where it is determined that the object is not an obstacle. In this way, various other objects can be accurately distinguished from the obstacles, and therefore the situation that the vehicle experiences unnecessary running changing operation due to 'false' obstacles is avoided.
