The invention relates to an active air-inlet grate anti-icing device which comprises an environment temperature sensor, a grate control module, a grate motor, an ADAS visual sensor and an ADAS image processing control module. The invention further provides an active air-inlet grate anti-icing device method which comprises the following steps: the temperature information outside a vehicle is collected, and whether the temperature outside the vehicle is lower than a temperature preset value or not is determined, if so, the next step is performed, and otherwise, the step 1 is repeated; then the environment images outside the vehicle are collected, and rain and snow are judged through an image vision algorithm; the icing risk is judged according to the temperature information outside the vehicle and the rain and snow; and the grid motor is controlled to perform intermittent motion according to the icing risk, and the larger the icing risk is, the shorter the time interval of the intermittent motion of the grid motor is. According to the invention, the air inlet grate can be effectively prevented from being frozen.
本发明涉及一种主动进气格栅防结冰装置,包括环境温度传感器、格栅控制模块、格栅电机、ADAS视觉传感器和ADAS图像处理控制模块;本发明还提出了一种主动进气格栅防结冰装置方法,包括以下步骤:采集车外温度信息,判断车外温度是否低于温度预设值,是则进行下一步,否则重复本步骤;采集车外的环境图像,利用图像视觉算法判断雨雪大小;结合车外温度信息和雨雪大小来判断结冰风险大小;根据结冰风险大小来控制格栅电机进行间歇运动,结冰风险越大,格栅电机间歇运动的时间间隔越短。本发明能够有效防止进气格栅结冰。
